Before we had Cost Control in place, it was difficult to understand from the supplier invoices how different IT costs from our operating supplier developed over time. Now I can more easily follow developments and drill down into details and follow up on deviations. With the support of Cost Control and MissionPoint, who are used to analysing IT costs, we have together achieved cost savings in IT operating costs at PO.P. This will benefit us for a long time as we can now spend more of the IT budget on creating added value for the business instead of high ongoing IT costs.
