Who are you?
I am a happy and calm person who thrives in environments with a high level of ambition. Both in my free time and at work, I like to feel that I am developing, which means that when I encounter problems, I am motivated rather than the opposite. What I spend most of my free time on right now is music, technology and cooking.
What made you apply to MissionPoint?
MissionPoint’s working model goes hand in hand with how I believe enterprise IT should be approached. Decisions should be based on experience and technical expertise, which is not always available in-house. Having the opportunity to help companies as an external representative and technical advisor seems like a fun and useful role, which made me apply for the position.
Background and experience?
My IT career started about six years ago as a support technician. I went on to build a service desk from scratch and then supervise the support team. In my last role as a system administrator, I worked more technically with a focus on AD/AAD, server, Intune and Microsoft365. Over the years I have also worked with project management in reorganisation, upgrading and replacement of systems and migration.
What do you like about working with IT?
I enjoy problem solving, which is very useful in IT. It is also a social job that requires cooperation and communication skills to find good and sustainable solutions. The breadth of the field also means that you can largely control the direction in which you want to develop.
Your role at MissionPoint?
In my work as an IT advisor at MissionPoint, I will use my experience to create the best IT solutions for our customers. I also hope to spread a good atmosphere and show the potential of having a well-functioning IT environment.
