Step 1 – Workshop & current situation

After signing the NDA, we conduct a free workshop where we together analyze the current situation, identify challenges and highlight the first improvement opportunities.

Step 2 – First insights

Step 3 – Roadmap & recommendations

Step 4 – Way forward
